Terms of service

These terms cover every game published by Goosey Games, an independent game developer based in the United Kingdom. By downloading or playing one of the games, you're agreeing to them. Each game also has its own privacy policy.
Playing the games
The games are licensed to you, not sold: you get a personal, non-transferable licence to play them for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell, or modify them, and don't use cheats, exploits, or automation that spoils the game for others or interferes with how it runs.
In-app purchases
Some games offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are handled by the store you downloaded the game from, and refunds follow that store's policy. Virtual items and currency exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for cash.
Availability and changes
It's just me here, and the games are living things: I may update, change, or eventually retire one. If a game with online features is being retired, I'll give reasonable notice where I can.
The legal bit, plainly
The games are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses arising from playing them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
